Catherine is no stranger to the theatres of New Plymouth. Her stage career began in 1974 with NPOS’s ‘My Fair Lady’, and continued sporadically until a move overseas in 1996. While living in Brunei, she spent another 14 years involved in all facets of the theatre scene there too.With a dancing background, Catherine last appeared for NPLT in 1992 with ‘Stepping Out’, and although she is struggling with the lack of dancing in ‘Social Climbers’, there is certainly plenty of drama to make up for it!
Catherine says that hiking with five other women is probably her worst nightmare, but she is sure that her character Kath, will be able to keep her head above the water!
